I'm Darrah, an alumni member of Beta Omega Kappa. I'm a mom to two grown young men and my own personal gaggle of service and support animals. 

Professionally, I work in the government sector as a Program Manager.  My career is highly focused on inclusivity, resilience, and mentorship programs as well as operational security.  I'm experienced in mediation and team building.

I'm excited to join Beta's Board as the Director of Culture and Belonging!  I love trying to find ways for us to connect as a sisterhood by celebrating our uniqueness. We are the family we got to choose.
